Alcance y empresa responsable
This Política de Privacidad applies when you visit MomentumNetwork.net or another Momentum-controlled website, enroll in or use an Optima membership, access the member platform, communicate with us, or receive services that Momentum provides directly or through an authorized provider. Momentum Network Financial LLC is the company responsible for these practices and is the customer-facing contracting party and merchant of record.
This Policy does not govern an independent third party's website, app, account, or direct billing; for example, SmartCredit applies its own privacy policy to its accounts. A more specific privacy notice, authorization, or mandatory consumer disclosure controls for the processing it covers.

With your authorization, we may collect or receive credit reports, credit scores, tradeline and account information, creditor or collector details, balances, payment history, dispute correspondence, identity-theft materials, debt and budget information, financial goals, net-worth information, and documents you upload. We may also receive status information from a selected credit-monitoring provider.

Cuándo divulgamos información personal
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the recipient's role, your instruction, or a lawful requirement. Depending on the benefits you elect, recipients may include:
- Momentum American Credit (MAC), as an authorized third-party provider of credit-focused fulfillment for Momentum.
- SmartCredit or another monitoring provider, when you choose or connect that service. The provider independently governs its account and direct billing.

Where applicable, we require operational providers to use personal information only for authorized purposes and apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections. Vendors may change, but these categories and purposes remain the same.
No venta y no publicidad comportamental
Momentum does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or apps. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising cookies. We do not offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information.
Operational disclosures and basic first-party performance measurement are not a sale and are not intended for cross-site advertising.
Información personal sensible
Sensitive information—such as a Social Seguridad number, government identification, authentication data, financial documents, and precise credit-file information—is used only to provide an elected service, verify identity, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, or fulfill a purpose you authorize. We do not use it to infer unrelated characteristics or personalize advertising.
Privacidad de Optima Family
The primary purchaser may invite one additional adult, but that adult must separately provide information and consent before we process identity or credit data. Each adult controls their own privacy rights. We do not automatically share one adult's credit report, documents, communications, or service details with the other without valid authorization or legal permission.
Información de tarjetas de pago
Payment processors and financial institutions handle card transactions. Momentum may receive a token, card brand, expiration status, last four digits, billing address, and result. If you dispute a charge, relevant transaction and account information may be shared with the processor and banks or card networks investigating it.
Cookies y tecnologías similares
Our website and member platform may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember security and language settings, maintain a shopping or enrollment session, prevent fraud, balance system traffic, and preserve your choices. Functional technologies may be used for features you request. We do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, or Google Analytics.
Browsers generally let you block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout or login. Before activating nonessential technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any consent controls required by law.
Opciones de correo electrónico, teléfono, SMS y WhatsApp
Email is our primary method for membership, billing, support, and legal notices. After enrollment, we may use telephone, SMS, and WhatsApp with your contact information and consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to marketing texts. Opting out does not stop transaction, security, billing, cancellation, or required messages. WhatsApp and carriers apply their own terms.
Conservación
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, payment-network, and credit-services recordkeeping duties. Periods vary. Signed agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, notices, service records, and payment history may be kept for the legally required period, which can be five years or longer.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it. Backups may remain through ordinary cycles. Deletion does not apply when retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, transactions, or another lawful exception.
Seguridad
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including role-based access, authentication controls, secure transmission or storage where appropriate, vendor oversight, logging, backups, and incident-response procedures. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
Sus derechos y opciones de privacidad
Depending on your residence and legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, confirmation of processing, limits on certain sensitive-information uses, or an appeal. State sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-outs may also apply, although Momentum does not currently engage in those activities.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" or mail the address below. Identify the membership email and describe the request. We will verify identity; an authorized agent may need to prove authority. We do not discriminate for exercising a right. A privacy request does not cancel billing; use the cancellation process in the Client Terms. Credit-report disputes must be directed to the relevant reporting agency or furnisher or handled through the authorized credit-support process.
Menores
Momentum services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website or membership. The Optima Family plan covers up to two adults and is not a children's plan. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Sitios web y servicios de terceros
Independent services linked or integrated with our site apply their own privacy policies and terms. Review them before creating an account or providing information. Momentum does not control their privacy or security practices.
Cambios a esta Política
We may update this Policy for changes in law, technology, providers, or services and will post a new effective date. If a change materially expands use of previously collected information, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when required. Prior versions are available by email.
