Refund & Cancellation Policy

Momentum Network Financial LLC · Optima Individual and Optima Family Memberships

Contents

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Optima Individual and Optima Family memberships purchased from Momentum Network Financial LLC ("Momentum," "we," "us," or "our").

1

Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Optima Individual and Optima Family memberships purchased from Momentum Network Financial LLC ("Momentum," "we," "us," or "our").

An Optima Membership provides bundled access to multiple financial-wellness, educational, organizational, credit-focused, technology, and customer-support services offered by Momentum Network Financial LLC and fulfilled in part through the Momentum American Credit ("MAC") platform. Depending on the services available to the member, the bundle may include financial education, budgeting tools, net worth tracking, debt-payoff planning, savings tools, secure document storage, credit analysis and optimization, credit-building education, debt-relief guidance, AI-assisted educational support, credit-restoration support, progress and status tools, and specialist or customer-support communications.

The Optima Membership is purchased as one comprehensive membership. Membership charges provide access to the overall bundle and are not payments solely for credit-restoration services or allocated to any single service or feature.

Momentum Network Financial LLC is the customer-facing membership provider, contracting party, and merchant of record. MAC may provide certain fulfillment and platform services but does not independently bill Optima customers or issue refunds for Optima Membership charges.

2

Membership Plans and Billing

The current Optima Membership plans are shown below. The applicable charges and recurring billing authorization are disclosed and accepted during enrollment.

PlanMembership CoverageInitial ChargeMonthly Charge
Optima IndividualOne person$249.99$99.99
Optima FamilyPrimary member plus one additional eligible person$299.99$149.99

The initial membership charge is processed upon enrollment. Recurring monthly charges are processed on the scheduled billing date disclosed during enrollment and continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with this Policy.

3

Ordinary Membership Cancellation

A customer may cancel an Optima Membership at any time without a cancellation penalty. Ordinary cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively by email to [email protected].

The cancellation email should be sent from the email address associated with the membership and should include the customer's full legal name, the email address associated with the account, and the membership or customer identification number, if available.

Momentum will send an email confirming receipt and processing of the cancellation request. Customers should retain this confirmation for their records.

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges. The customer will retain access to the membership platform and included services through the end of the billing period that has already been paid.

To prevent the next recurring charge, the cancellation request must be received before that charge is submitted for processing. If a charge has already been submitted or processed before Momentum receives the cancellation request, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle, subject to the refund exceptions described below and any rights required by applicable law.

For an Optima Family Membership, the primary account holder must submit the cancellation request. Cancellation of the primary membership ends access for both members at the conclusion of the current paid billing period.

4

Legally Required Cancellation Rights

Certain services included within the Optima Membership may be subject to additional cancellation or refund rights under applicable federal or state law.

Nothing in this Policy limits, replaces, or waives any non-waivable consumer right. When applicable law, the Client Terms and Conditions, a service-specific agreement, or a legally required disclosure provides a more protective cancellation or refund right, the more protective requirement will control.

Momentum will honor any cancellation method, deadline, refund obligation, or notice requirement mandated by applicable law. The email-only procedure described above applies to ordinary membership cancellations and does not restrict any different cancellation method that Momentum is legally required to accept.

5

Initial Membership Charges

The initial Optima Membership charge is refundable when a customer timely exercises an applicable statutory cancellation right.

After the applicable legal cancellation period has expired, the initial membership charge is nonrefundable once membership access and the bundled benefits have been made available, except when a refund is required by applicable law; Momentum processes a verified duplicate or incorrect charge; Momentum processes a verified charge without valid authorization; or Momentum is unable to provide material access to the purchased membership and does not correct the access problem within a reasonable period after receiving written notice.

Failure to use the platform, complete onboarding, submit requested information, upload documents, communicate with a specialist, or use available membership benefits does not by itself create a right to a refund after the applicable cancellation period has expired.

6

Recurring Monthly Charges

Recurring monthly membership charges that have already been processed are nonrefundable, and no partial or prorated refund will ordinarily be issued for the remaining portion of a billing period.

Exceptions apply when a refund is required by applicable law; Momentum receives a valid cancellation request before the charge is submitted for processing but processes the charge afterward; the charge is a verified duplicate or billing error; or the charge was processed without valid authorization.

When a recurring payment is not refundable, the customer will continue to have access to the membership and its included services through the end of the paid billing period.

A customer's dissatisfaction with a particular financial, educational, credit-related, or other outcome does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund. Momentum does not guarantee any particular credit score, deletion, financial result, debt reduction, approval, or other specific outcome.

7

Billing Errors and Refund Requests

Refund requests and billing questions must be submitted to [email protected]. The request should include the customer's name, membership email address, transaction date, charge amount, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Customers should never email a complete payment-card number, Social Security number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Verified billing errors and duplicate charges will be corrected. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Legally required refunds will be provided within the period required by applicable law. Other approved refunds will ordinarily be submitted by Momentum within 10 business days, although the customer's bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

8

SmartCredit and Other Separately Billed Services

SmartCredit is an independent third-party credit-monitoring provider. Although access to discounted credit-monitoring opportunities may be presented as an Optima Membership benefit, any SmartCredit subscription is purchased separately and billed directly by SmartCredit under SmartCredit's own terms, pricing, refund, billing, and cancellation policies.

SmartCredit charges are not included in the Optima Membership payments processed by Momentum Network Financial LLC. Momentum cannot cancel or refund a charge processed directly by SmartCredit. Customers must contact SmartCredit regarding those charges.

The same rule applies to any other optional third-party product or service purchased and billed directly by an outside provider.
