Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an inclusive website experience and meaningful access to information, services, and support.
Accessibility standard and status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our accessibility target. The website is undergoing continued evaluation and improvement. This statement identifies our target and current practices; it is not a representation that every page, document, third-party integration, or user journey fully conforms until appropriate testing and remediation are complete.
Measures we support
We work to incorporate accessibility into content, design, development, quality assurance, and support processes. Measures include reasonable efforts to provide:
- Keyboard access to navigation, controls, forms, dialogs, and other interactive elements.
- Visible keyboard focus and a logical focus order.
- Clear page titles, headings, labels, instructions, and link purposes.
- Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and decorative-image handling.
- Sufficient color contrast and information that is not conveyed by color alone.
- Readable content when text is resized or the page is zoomed.
- Accessible menus, accordions, buttons, alerts, and pop-up dialogs.
- Form labels, required-field identification, understandable errors, and correction guidance.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences where animation or movement is used.
- Captions, transcripts, or another appropriate alternative for prerecorded media when required.
- Consistent access to key content and support in the website's English and Spanish experiences.
Technical Information
Compatibility and limitations
The website is designed for current versions of widely used browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and for use with common assistive technologies. Accessibility depends on the interaction of the browser, operating system, assistive technology, and website code.
The website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where appropriate. Older or unsupported browsers and technologies may not provide the same experience. WAI-ARIA is used to supplement semantic HTML, not to replace it.
Third-party content and platforms
Some enrollment, payment, credit-monitoring, member-portal, or service-provider experiences may be operated by third parties and may be governed by their own accessibility practices. Although Momentum does not control every external platform, we welcome reports of access barriers and will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an accessible alternative for information within our control.
Known and potential limitations
Some third-party content and legacy documents may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the primary website. We continue to review documents, media, forms, navigation, and integrated services and to address identified barriers based on impact and available solutions.
If a document, video, form, or other feature is difficult to use, please contact us. We can discuss an alternative method of access or provide the information in another reasonable format when available.
Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need help using the website, or need information in another format, email [email protected]. Please include, if you are comfortable sharing it:
- The page address or name of the document or feature.
- A brief description of the barrier or task you could not complete.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology used, if relevant.
- Your preferred method of response and the format you need.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information by ordinary email. We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and coordinate an appropriate response.
