Service Agreements

Agreements and disclosures governing Optima Membership, the Momentum Affiliate Program, Momentum American Credit services, and independent third-party services.

Different products, services, and program relationships are governed by different agreements. Review every document that applies to your selected membership, service, or Affiliate relationship before enrolling, authorizing a recurring charge, or making a payment.

Purpose of this page

This page is a public index of the agreements and disclosures that may apply to you. It does not replace any service-specific contract. The applicable signed or electronically accepted agreement, together with the disclosures presented at checkout, governs the selected service or program relationship.

The applicable documents must be available for review before enrollment or payment and must remain accessible after purchase. A customer or Affiliate should retain the electronic confirmation and a copy of each accepted document.

1. Optima Membership - Customer Documents

Optima Membership is provided by Momentum Network Financial LLC. The individual and two-adult membership options include the same categories of services; the two-adult option extends access to a second eligible adult.

  • Optima Membership Client Terms and Conditions
  • Recurring Billing Terms and Authorization, if recurring billing applies
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Privacy Policy

Before payment, the checkout must display the selected plan, covered adult or adults, exact initial charge, exact recurring charge if applicable, billing frequency, included services, cancellation method, refund terms, collecting legal entity, and card-statement descriptor.

Program and Service Documents

Affiliate and credit services

The company or provider responsible for a service must be identified before the consumer accepts the applicable agreement or authorizes payment.

2. Momentum Affiliate Program

Participation is governed separately from a customer membership and requires review of the program documents before enrollment.

  • Independent Momentum Affiliate Agreement
  • Official Compensation Plan
  • Income Disclosure Statement
  • Rules and Conduct

An Affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee. Income is not guaranteed. Compensation, if earned, depends on eligible sales, applicable qualifications, expenses, and the official Compensation Plan. Enrollment alone does not guarantee commissions.

3. Momentum American Credit

Credit Optimization services are provided separately by Momentum American Credit (MAC) under MAC's own agreement. Momentum Network Financial LLC does not perform MAC's contracted services.

  • MAC Credit Optimization Service Agreement
  • Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure
  • Authorization for Credit-Related Services and Communications
  • Applicable Notice of Cancellation and cancellation form

The agreement must identify the contracting legal entity, services, estimated performance period, cost and payment schedule, cancellation rights, required notices, dispute procedures, and contact information, as required by applicable law.

No deletion, credit-score increase, financing approval, debt elimination, or particular credit result is guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Service ownership and responsibilities

Every service must be attributed to the provider that performs it and to the agreement that governs it.

4. SmartCredit - Independent Third-Party Documents

SmartCredit credit-monitoring services are offered by an independent third-party provider and are governed by that provider's own terms. Momentum Network and MAC do not replace or modify SmartCredit's controlling agreements.

  • SmartCredit Terms of Service
  • SmartCredit Privacy Policy
  • SmartCredit pricing, eligibility, billing, cancellation, and refund information

Any separate SmartCredit charge must be disclosed independently and must not be presented as a Momentum or MAC charge unless that is factually accurate.

Provider responsibilities

  • Momentum Network Financial LLC provides Optima Membership, financial education and wellness tools, member resources and support, and Affiliate Program infrastructure.
  • Momentum American Credit separately provides its contracted Credit Optimization services under the applicable MAC agreement.
  • SmartCredit independently provides monitoring under its own terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, and charges.
  • Each provider is responsible only for the services identified in its applicable agreement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Enrollment and Payment

What must be disclosed before acceptance

Before a customer or Affiliate can complete enrollment or payment, the applicable enrollment flow should clearly present the information below in the selected language.

Charges, billing, and consent

  • Legal name of the entity collecting each payment
  • Exact amount of the initial charge and any recurring charge
  • Billing frequency and the date or event that triggers future charges
  • Exact card-statement descriptor
  • Services and account access included in the selected plan
  • Any separate third-party service, agreement, or charge
  • Cancellation method, timing, and refund treatment
  • Unchecked affirmative consent for recurring billing and document acceptance

Enrollment confirmation should reproduce the plan, amounts, billing terms, provider, cancellation instructions, and accepted document versions presented before payment.

Acceptance, cancellation, and refunds

Selecting an unchecked acceptance box or applying an electronic signature constitutes affirmative acceptance only when the relevant document is clearly identified and available before the action is completed.

The enrollment system should retain reasonable evidence of acceptance, including the document name and version, selected language, account identifier, and acceptance record. Applicable documents should be supplied electronically with the confirmation.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the selected product or service and the applicable agreement. A request to cancel one provider's service does not automatically cancel a separate service furnished by another provider unless the applicable agreement expressly states otherwise.

Customers should follow the cancellation method shown in the relevant agreement and keep confirmation of the request. Statutory rights that cannot legally be waived remain available.

If a service-specific agreement conflicts with general website terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service, subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights.
